Qualified, university instructors (PhD in many disciplines, with a predominant focus on Latin America) are invited to discuss teaching opportunities with the program chair (ben.bryce@ubc.ca) at any time. We begin planning our 2023-24 courses in the fall of 2022. Please keep in mind the five LAST courses that exist in the UBC calendar. In addition, two new special topics courses (LAST 315 and LAST 415) will soon be created and could be offered in 2023-24. We would be happy to discuss interesting new themes that could expand our curriculum.
