VE Global is a non-profit volunteer organization providing free volunteer abroad opportunities in Santiago, Chile. VE Global fosters the development of children at social risk in Santiago de Chile by recruiting and training volunteers to do volunteer work in the areas of literacy, arts, health and recreation, and English.
They receive their volunteers in groups that start every year in January, May and September. Their next volunteer classes start in May and September of 2016, and they tell us they are already working to find some great volunteers!

The Argentine Culture Institute is a non-profit cultural organization located in downtown Córdoba, Argentina. Founded in 2005, it aims to promote intercultural learning experiences and bring global cultures together where participants develop new skills and gain a broader global perspective.
The Latin American Studies Program lasts for 2 weeks, only 12 students will attend a wide range of classes which are offered only in Spanish. The seminars are very intensive and focused on Argentine and Latin American Culture, History, Economic, International Relations, Heath Care, Politics, Art and Literature. Competence in Spanish must be demonstrated for admission.

The 2016 season of the Field School Program in Peru is now open for registration. As in previous editions, this season the program is offering a course in the field of Indigenous Studies that might be of your interest: Indigenous Rights and Legal Pluralism
This field school, led by Dr. Raquel Yrigoyen, is a three-week intensive interdisciplinary course taught in English and intended for international students looking for expanding their knowledge on the struggles of indigenous peoples in the backdrop of globalization and international development in the Americas. The course will enable students to visit an indigenous community of the Peruvian Amazon affected by gold mining, to know directly the issues of peoples to enforce its rights. See Video
