The soft strains of tango met our ears. While we hadn’t travelled to South America, the sounds and the smells around us certainly made us feel that way. We were seated at the long table at Chef Robin’s Argentinian Supper Club, the latest one-night only event in Swallow Tail’s series of secret dinners. This hush-hush meal featured a multi-course Buenos Aires inspired parrilla (Spanish for barbecue). First we dug into some delicious empanadas, followed by steak naturally, and washed it all down with some delicious Argentinian vino. The dinner takes place on April 19 from 6:30-9:30pm and the location won’t be revealed until after you reserve your seat. What are you waiting for?
